The Town of Fort Erie is inviting residents to attend a Community Open House to learn more about and provide input on the Climate Change Action Plan.

Approved by Council in August 2025, the Climate Change Action Plan is a strategic document that outlines actions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and address the impacts of climate change in Fort Erie. The Plan includes both mitigation and adaptation initiatives and focuses on practical actions that support environmental sustainability, protect natural assets, and enhance community resilience.

As a living document, the Plan will continue to evolve over time to reflect new opportunities, emerging priorities, and community input.

This session will focus on proposed actions and priorities for 2026. Residents will have an opportunity to review upcoming initiatives, share feedback, and suggest additional ideas to help shape future climate action in Fort Erie.
