Please note that as mentioned on the Public Notice and this site, all input and feedback received prior to May 31st, 2021 will be considered in the Crystal Beach Secondary Plan Information Report that will be presented at the June 21, 2021 Council meeting. All input and feedback received after 5:00PM on May 31st, 2021 will be considered in the Crystal Beach Secondary Plan Recommendation Report at a future date (yet undetermined).

What content do we own?
This website contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, patents, trade secrets and other proprietary information (“Intellectual Property”) of The Corporation of the Town of Fort Erie and its suppliers and licensors. The Corporation of the Town of Fort Erie owns and retains all proprietary rights in the intellectual property. All intellectual property in the content of this site including without limitation to text, software, source code, pages, documents and online graphics, photographs, sounds, audio, video and other interactive features are owned by or licensed to us.
