Fort Erie Diversity and Inclusion Survey

We invite you to share your experiences of exclusion, racism, and discrimination by filling out the survey below. It should take no more than 10 minutes.

Your responses are voluntary and confidential. You will not be asked for a user name or email address. Responses will not be identified by the individual. All responses will be compiled together and analyzed as a group. All survey comments may be included in a future report to Fort Erie Town Council.
