The construction is proposed to begin early 2022, however given the time of year it is at the contractors discretion on when to begin the work. A project notice will be circulated to the residents and businesses once a pre-construction meeting has been held.  

The project will last approximately 8 months.

You can expect some disruption to accessing your property however the   contractor will notify you whenever access will be restricted and will reinstate before the end of the working day. Accommodations will be made to allow for pedestrian access for the entire project duration.
