The Town of Fort Erie Council is considering passing a new Noise and Nuisance By-law and is looking for input and comments from the Town of Fort Erie residents. The current Noise and Nuisance By-Law 30-09 has been in place since 2009. Staff have updated the by-law to reflect trends within the Niagara Region and improve clarity and interpretation to ensure all residents in Fort Erie can enjoy their property and public spaces while respecting neighbours and the community.

We invite you to provide your input below for the proposed Noise and Nuisance By-law. Submissions will be accepted through Lets Talk Fort Erie until 4:30pm Friday March 31, 2023. The By-law Enforcement Unit will also receive written comments until noon Friday March 31, 2023, either by mail, email or in the Towns drop-box located in the upper parking lot at Townhall.
