This project involves the full reconstruction of Nigh Road from Gorham Road to Ridge Road North. The road will be upgraded to an urban cross-section with the construction of a new curb and gutter, sidewalks and storm sewers. Additionally, sight distance will be improved along the section of Nigh Road where the new Creekside Estates Subdivision will be constructed (closer to Gorham Road) and the culvert along Beaver Creek that crosses Nigh Road will be replaced.

Budget: $1.6 million


Virtual Public Consultation

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Town is moving away from traditional, in-house, public consultations and is transitioning to host our Public Consultations online. This online public consultation provides residents with the opportunity to provide feedback about the results of the study conducted.

A question submission period will open until _______, 2021.
