Town staff have received requests from Town residents, Business Improvement Areas (BIAs) and other interested groups to improve the use and experience at Town owned parking lots. In response, the Town has proposed a policy for the administration of Municipally owned Lots; to create a program to establish regulations for use and future capital improvements along with creating a proposed 'Level of Service' (LoS), to monitor the success these changes.
