The construction is proposed to begin late 2020, however given the time of year it is at the contractors discretion on when to begin the work. A project notice will be circulated to the residents once a pre-construction meeting has been held.  

The project will last 130 working days or approximately 26 Weeks.

You can expect some disruption to accessing your property however the   contractor will notify you whenever access will be restricted and will reinstate before the end of the working day.

Yes, the Town of Fort Erie has an “As good or better” policy where the contractor is required to replace and repair and damage caused during construction.
