The construction is proposed to begin in late 2021, however, given the time of year, it is at the contractor’s discretion on when to begin the work.  A project notice will be circulated to the residents once a pre-construction meeting has been held.

The project will last 20 working days or approximately 4 weeks.

You can expect some disruption to accessing your property however the contractor will notify you whenever access will be restricted and will reinstate before the end of the working day.

Yes, the Town of Fort Erie has an “As good or better” policy where the contractor is required to replace and repair any damage caused during construction.   Aspects of the road within the Town’s right of way may be altered, however.
