Public Consultation for Winger Road Bridge, Stevensville in 2021
The Town is currently looking at Winger Road bridge (S047B), which provides a two lane wide crossing of Winger Road over Black Creek Municipal Drain.
Through the Town’s bridge inspection program, the Winger Road structure has been identified as in need of repair or replacement. To this end, the Town has retained R.V. Anderson Associates Ltd to address these Study Objectives:
- The need to repair or replace the deteriorating Winger Road Bridge, as identified by recent bridge inspections Winger Road traffic operations and safety
- Roadway drainage and stormwater management
- Structure hydraulic capacity
Virtual Public Consultation
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Town is moving away from traditional, in-house, public consultations and is transitioning to host our Public Consultations online. This online public consultation provides residents with the opportunity to provide feedback about the results of the study conducted as well as the preliminary recommended solution applicable to Winger Road Bridge (S047B).
A question submission period will open until Friday, January 8, 2021.
